Hard to write down due to lots of syncopation uses. Every time the dots appear in the
transcription - it means that's it, and tho following note is a bit earlier, than it looks
like. I added the 4/4 counting.
To make it easy... this:

So let's say the dot will indicate the first note before the accent, so the next note
(after the dot) is shorter and weaker and it's stuck to the following , stressed note.
Luckily the verses are played mostly without those.
